1. Accepting these terms

By installing or using Xelvo, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Xelvo is intended for people aged 18 and over.

2. What Xelvo provides

Xelvo plays compatible audio and video on Android from device media, files or folders you select, media delivered by another app, and direct HTTP or HTTPS addresses you choose to open. Features can vary by Android version, device capability, media format, permissions, network conditions, and released app version.

Xelvo is a player, not an online content catalog, download service, cloud library, social platform, or DRM bypass tool. Xelvo does not provide an account or cloud sync.

3. Your responsibilities

• Use Xelvo only with media and network addresses you own, control, or are authorized to access.
• Follow copyright, privacy, network, and other rules that apply to your media and use.
• Do not use Xelvo to bypass DRM, access unauthorized content, interfere with Google Play billing, manipulate consent, abuse ad services, or disrupt the app or related services.
• Do not misrepresent Xelvo as guaranteeing every format, file, or device.

4. Your files and device actions

You keep responsibility for your media and should maintain suitable backups. Xelvo asks Android for access when a task needs it. Features such as rename, move, or delete are offered only when the source and Android authorization allow them.

Review the target and effect shown before confirming a file action. An explicit device-file deletion is different from removing an item from an app list or using Android system Clear storage or uninstall. Those Android system actions remove Xelvo's app-local records and settings, not source media.

5. Network media and third parties

A media address you open connects to a third-party host. You are responsible for the address and your right to use it. Availability, content, security, and data practices at that host are outside Xelvo's control. Plain HTTP does not provide the transport protection of HTTPS.

Google services used for ads, consent, telemetry, configuration, and purchases are governed by their own terms and policies.

6. Ads and ad-free purchases

The free app may show ads when configuration and privacy requirements allow. Core local playback is not sold as a locked paid feature. Google Play may offer a subscription or one-time purchase that removes ads. The product, price, eligibility, renewal, cancellation, refund, and other transaction details shown by Google Play at purchase time apply to that purchase.

Purchase processing and account-level purchase history are handled by Google Play. Xelvo uses the entitlement status returned through Google Play to apply ad-free access.

7. Compatibility and availability

Media support depends on the file, stream, codec, container, Android version, device hardware, permissions, and network. Xelvo does not promise that every format, file, stream, or device will work.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Xelvo is provided "as is" and "as available." Updates may add, change, suspend, or remove features when needed for product, security, policy, or platform requirements. This section does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Ending use

You can stop using Xelvo and uninstall it at any time. Uninstalling removes Xelvo's app-local records and settings subject to Android behavior, but it does not delete source media. Google Play purchase or subscription controls remain separate and should be managed through Google Play.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as Xelvo, platform requirements, or related services change. The updated page will show a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply, except where applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.
